Service Description
Get ready for a dynamic session—Classes 1 and 2 are completely different workouts, so there’s no reason to skip either! Today, we’ll train the lower body with the intensity of a dedicated leg day, the upper body with the focus of an arm day and as a bonus, your core will get a serious workout too. As you progress, you might find that full body day becomes the most challenging (and rewarding) part of your week! For these workouts, have your weights, discs and bands ready if you have them. If not, no worries—we’ll adjust or go without as needed. Let’s get started and crush it together!
