Service Description
Welcome to my Legs and Glutes class 1 & 2, here we will ignite your fat-burning potential while sculpting and strengthening your entire lower body. This dynamic leg day workout focuses on working the whole leg, the glutes (booty) and specifically targets the adductors (a stubborn area for us women!!) for balanced strength and stability. Through a series of targeted exercises you'll build strength and lean muscle. Plus, with every move engaging your core for stability and balance, you'll be toning and strengthening your core without even realising it. In all of my classes, we work the entire body, but the focus here is on the legs and lower body. If you are new to exercise, you can start with just your body weight. As you progress through the weeks, we incorporate core sliders and weights to increase the intensity. I also recommend bringing a mat, towel and some water! Get ready to elevate your heart rate, boost your metabolism and achieve lean, toned muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels - all moves are modified. Please note that Legs & Glutes Class 1 & Class 2 are 2 completely different workouts.
